Technical Assistance:

 

If you are experiencing issues with your district chromebooks, please contact our technology department helpdesk by submitting a request here. If you are unable to click on the link provided, please copy and paste the following into a new address bar: https://romoland.incidentiq.com/login 

 

There are four options for requests:

  1. Device/Hardware - this means there is something wrong with the chromebook physically. For example, the chromebook will not turn on despite you fully charging it all night, or some keys are missing from the keyboard. 
  2. Software/Online Systems - this means there is something wrong with the online programs you are trying to access. Please note that if you forgot your username and/or password to a specific program I requested you to use, it would be quicker to email me for that information. 
  3. Network/Wifi - this means you cannot connect to the internet and you need assistance. 
  4. Other - this option means none of the above options apply to your specific situation.
